General

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

We accept both appointments and walk-ins! However, we strongly recommend booking an appointment online or giving us a call in advance to guarantee a specific time slot and minimize your wait time, especially during peak seasonal tire changeover periods.

  • Scheduled appointments receive priority service.
  • Walk-ins are served on a first-come, first-served basis as schedule permits.
How long does a tire change take?

A standard tire change typically takes between 30 to 45 minutes for a full set of four tires if your tires are already mounted on wheels (rims).

If we need to mount and balance loose tires onto your existing wheels, the service usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes. You are welcome to wait in our comfortable customer lounge while we work on your vehicle.

Do you install tires I bought somewhere else?

Yes! We are happy to install, mount, and balance new or used tires that you have purchased elsewhere, provided they are in safe and roadworthy condition.

Please make sure the tire dimensions match your vehicle's specifications before bringing them in.

What is included in the installation price?

Our standard tire installation package includes everything needed for a safe drive:

  • Mounting tires onto wheels
  • Precision dynamic wheel balancing
  • New rubber valve stems (for standard non-TPMS valves)
  • Torquing lug nuts to manufacturer specifications
  • Disposal of old tires (if requested)
When should I put winter tires on in Calgary?

In Calgary, we recommend switching to winter tires when average daily temperatures consistently drop below 7°C (45°F)—typically in early-to-mid October.

Winter rubber compounds remain flexible and provide significantly better traction in cold weather, even on dry asphalt. You can generally switch back to all-season or summer tires around late April or early May once the risk of spring snowstorms has passed.

Do you store tires between seasons?

Yes, we offer secure seasonal tire storage! Avoid the hassle of hauling dirty tires home and storing them in your garage or basement.

  • Fully insured, climate-controlled storage facility.
  • Cleaned, inspected, and cataloged prior to storage.
  • Quick switchover access when the next season arrives.
Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of convenient payment options at our shop:

  • Visa and MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Interac Debit
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Cash
Do your tires come with a warranty?

Yes, all new tires purchased and installed through us come with the original manufacturer's workmanship and materials warranty, along with any applicable treadwear mileage warranties.

Additionally, we stand by our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee on all mounting, balancing, and alignment services. Ask our team about available extended road hazard protection plans.
